Triple Talaq practice related to Muslim women. ..

Triple talaq is a practice followed by Muslim men in which they can give divorce to their wives by saying Talaq thrice. Triple Talaq has been practiced since immemorial.
Many of the muslim women came in front for their rights. Womens are suffering injustice in the name of personal, hence they also want this law to be abolished. triple Talaq has various limitations of time and place that is mentioned in the holy scriptures of Quran but those limitations and not being followed by Muslim men in India while in many other countries which are having the majority of Muslims are following those limitations. So, triple talaq is not justified on any basis.
Yes, in my opinion and I think most of the people want that there should be a legislative act against it because
◆ It is unjust to womens because men are taking the advantage of this practice, as they have the right to get rid of their wife without her permission and without any explanation. This is simply not fair for the women because it exploits the rule of equality and Justice.
◆ Triple Talaq doesn't give empowerment to women. If the government really wants empowerment for the women they should give free education and job opportunities for the women.
◆ Even though triple Talaq is mentioned in the Quran, it should be banned because the Muslim women who live under constant fear of getting divorce unliterally by there husband don't want to live with them anymore.
◆ Many other practices like polygamy, sati pratha, etc.. became illegal in India so triple Talaq should also be abolished. All the rules which are not in the favour of empowerment for women should be made illegal.

It refers to instant divorce which is a practice of Islamic divorce and this is practised by the Muslim people living in India.
According to Supreme Court it is unconstitutional. In triple talaq a Muslim men can divorce his wife at any instant. Therefore,the wife's dignity is hurt. Another problem with this system is that the wife cannot remarry the husband unless she marries another man.
It's not justified morally because of his the wife would have depression regarding all this.Legally also it's not justified because the decision of divorce should be offered to both husband and wife, not just the husband.
Many people may like this practice but it also violates RIGHT TO EQUALITY.So, it's a malpractice.
