If I was someone who was helping Trisha, I would talk to her about what she knew perfectly, I would say her to do some meditation which would calm her down. I would also be her study partner and help her a lot.

I would tell her to do yoga, meditation, talk to her friend or just sleep. I do same when I am stressed .
