Explanation:

Each cell contains 23 pairs of chromosomes, half of which are inherited from each parent in healthy man. Down syndrome occurs when an individual has an extra chromosome at chromosome 21 and called as trisomy 21. So, Down's syndrome individuals will have 47 chromosomes. Klinefelter syndrome is a genetic disorder that affects males. Klinefelter syndrome occurs when a boy is born with one or more extra X chromosomes. Most males have one Y and one X chromosome. Having extra X chromosomes can cause a male to have some physical traits unusual for males. So, Klinefelter's individuals also have 47 chromosomes like in down's syndrome.
