They have double tyres to increase surface area so that the pressure will decrease on the road

trucks and buses are vehicles designed to carry more load
the engine is at the frontal side and more load is on the rear side of these vehicles whether goods or passengers so to withstand more pressure the tyres at rear side are doubled Which increase area of contact thus reduce pressure (P is inversely proportional to area)
