given , TSA of of cuboid = 50 m^2
let , l = length, b =width ,h = height
2lb + 2bh + 2hl = 50 m^2 _____eq(1)
CSA of cuboid = 30 m^2
2bh + 2hl = 30 m ^2 _______ eq.(2)
subtract eq (2) from eq(1) , we get
2lb = 50 - 30
2lb = 20
lb = 10 m^2
Note:- area of the base of a cubiod = area of rectangle=l × b
therefore, the required area of the base of cuboid = 10 m^2
