Tula springs of spring constant 1500N/m and 800N/m respectively are stressed with same force .
we know, force is directly proportional to displacement {elongation or compression} of spring . F=-Kx .....(1)
K is spring constant.

we also know, formula of potential energy in case of spring ,
P.E=-\frac{1}{2}Kx^2......(2)

from equations (1) and (2),
P.E=\frac{1}{2}\frac{F^2}{K}
hence, potential energy is inversely proportional to spring constant.

so, ratio of potential energy = \frac{K_2}{K_1}
= 800/1500 = 8/15
