Yes, it's true that TV and cinema had a very bad effect small kids. Childrens who are watching the TV from an early age may have too much curiosity about the new things they are seeing such as adult's TV programmes etc. which may badly affect their tender mind. While some educational programmes develop their language skills. But still it should be ensured by the parents that their child is watching a right programme and in limited time.
