Twelve men and six women together can complete a piece of work in four days. The work done by a women in one day is half the work done by a man in one day. If 12 men and six women started working and after two days, six men left and six women joined, then in how many more days will the work be completed?

12 men × 4 days + 16 women × 4 days = 80 man days
48 man days + 64 woman days = 80 man days
64 woman days = 32 man days
1 man day = 2 women days.
If one man takes 80 days to complete the work, then one woman takes 160 days to complete the work.
