Twenty cylindrical pillars of the parliament House are to be clean if the diameter of each pillar is 0.5m and the hieght is 4m. What will be cost of cleaning them at the rate of rs 2.50per square metre

Height = 4m

TSA of one pillar = 2×22/7×0.25

(0.25+4)

= 6.67

Area for 20 pillar = 6.67×20

= 133.4

Cost for 1 m square = $ 2.50

Cost for 133.4 m Sq = 133.4×2.50

= $ 333.5
