Adjacent sides of parallelogram are in the ratio 3:7.
Perimeter = 100 cm
Perimeter of a parallelogram is 2(Length+Breadth) = 100
⇒2(7x+3x) = 100
⇒2(10x) = 100
⇒x = 5
Thus, length = 7x = 7×5 = 35
breadth = 3x = 7×5 = 15
Hence, the answer.

✬ Adjacent Sides = 15 & 40 cm ✬
Step-by-step explanation:
Given:
- Two adjacent sides of a parallelogram are in ratio 3 : 8.
- Perimeter of parallelogram is 110 cm.
To Find:
- What is the meaure of sides of ||gm ?
Solution: Let x be the common in given ratio. Therefore,
➨ Length of ||gm = 3x
➨ Breadth of ||gm = 8x
As we know that, Opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal so other two adjacent sides will be same.
★ Perimeter of ||gm = Sum of its all sides ★
110 = 3x + 3x + 8x + 8x
110 = 6x + 16x
110 = 22x
110/22 = x
5 = x
So,
➫ Length = 3x = 3(5) = 15 cm.
➫ Breadth = 8x = 8(5) = 40 cm.
Hence, two adjacent sides of the parallelogram are 15 cm & 40 cm.
