perimeter of parallelogram=2(l+b)

from ratio 5:3

Length=5x=l

and breadth=3x=b

now perimeter =2(5x+3x)

48cm=2(8x)

8x=24

x=3

therefore

length =5*x=5*3=15

and breath=3*x=3*3=9
