Given that equal masses of alloy A and alloy B are melted to make an alloy

so Let alloy A= Alloy B = 900kg

then Total mass of alloy C will be 900 + 900 =1800kg
Gold and copper quantity in alloy A is on the ratio of 2:3 =
Gold = 900kg ×2/3=600 kg
copper= 900kg ×1/3 = 300kg

Gold and copper quantity in Alloy B is in the ratio of 3:7=

Gold = 900 ×3/10 =270kg

Copper= 900×7/10 =630kg

Total of Gold in Alloy C = 600+270 = 870

Total of copper in alloy C= 300 + 630 =930

Then the ratio of Gold to copper in Alloy C will be
870 : 930 = 87 : 93
