each angle is of 90°
90°+90°=180°.
supplementary angle is 180°
the two angles who are supplementary to each other have to be equal.
so
x+x=180°
2x=180°
x=180°÷2
x=90°

supplementary has addition of 180degree
  in question its given that they are equal

              x=90
