Answer:

(3x+1) + (5x+3) = 180

3x+1+5x+3=180

8x+4=180

8x=180-4

8x=176

X=176/4

X=44

1st angle = 3x+1= 3*44+1=132+1=133

2nd angle = 5x+3= 5*44+3=220+3=223

Answer:

3x+1+5x+3=180

8x+4=180

8x=180-4

8x=176

x=176/8

x=88/4

x=44/2

x=22

so

3(22)+1=67 first angle

5(22)+3=113 second angle

sum

113+67=180
