The farther satellite will move slower as the speed varies inversely to the \sqrt{r} where r is the distance from earth. This is true provided that the mass of the satellites is the same.

theliteldino: If and only if both of them have the same mass
tavishikoul36: plss tellllll
theliteldino: The close one has a larger speed
tavishikoul36: ok
tavishikoul36: thnx
theliteldino: Welcome :)
tavishikoul36: why the close one will have the large speed
tavishikoul36: plz can u tell me
theliteldino: Because the speed is inversely propotional to the sqrt(r), where r is the distance from the earth. r will be smaller if the satellite is close to the surface therefore as the sqrt(r) decreases speed increases
theliteldino: Orbital speed to be exact
