There are total 20 balls (10b + 10w) in the box. Two balls of same color are drawn, then clearly they must be either from 10 blacks or from 10 whites. Hence the required probability

= [C(10, 2) + C(10, 2)]/C(20, 2) = (45 +45)/190 =9/19
