If the two balls are thrown at the same speed and air resistance is neglected then both the balls will reach at the starting point at the same time with the same speed.
This is because the motion under gravitational force doesn't depend on the mass of objects it just depends on the initial velocity and acceleration of the body. So if initial velocity and acceleration are same then distance covered and final velocity are same.
