Mass = 80grm = 0.08kg
U = 5m/s
V = -5m/s
Now …
Impulse = change in momentum
Impulse = m(v-u)
Putting values
I = 0.08 ( -5-5)
I = 0.08 × (- 10)
Therefore , I = - 0.8 N/sec
Hence , change in momentum = -0.8kgm/s
