mass of each ball=50g=50/1000=0.05kg
initial velocity=16m/s
Iniial momentum=P1=mxu
=16x0.05
=0.8kgm/s
After collision, the direction of velocity of each ball is reversed on rebounding.
Final momentum=P2
=m(-v)
=0.05x(-16)
= -0.8kgm/s
Impulse imparted= Change in momentum of each ball
= -0.8-(0.8)
= -0.16kgm/s
∴Impulse imparted due to one ball after collision on another would be -0.16kgm/s
