Answer:

a. B has more inertia.

b. Motion.

Explanation:

With reference of inertial frame of reference.

We know,

It requires more force to stop a truck in comparison to a car, when both have same velocity. In short, truck moving with same velocity as of car is having more inertia( & mass ).

From here, it can be concluded that larger mass has larger inertia.

Inertia of a body is directly proportional to mass of that body.

Since, here, B has greater mass ( 2m ), B has more inertia.

Since, it is moving for a person standing outside, it's in a the state of motion. ( inertia of motion ).

Inertia is a property which says : If a body is in motion( or rest ) then it will remain in motion( at rest ), till effected by any external force.

Therefore,

When a carpet is beaten with a stick, carpet gets compressed, whereas sticked particles which were at rest are remain at rest and thus dust comes out of the carpet.
