Two bodies are in equilibrium who suspended in water from the arms of a balance the mass of one body is 28g and its density is 560 g/cm. If the mass of the other body is 36g what is its density?

=m1−V1ρw=m2−V2ρw=m1−V1ρw=m2−V2ρw

=36−4×1=48−V2×1=36−4×1=48−V2×1

⇒V2=48−32=16m3⇒V2=48−32=16m3

ρ=m2V2=4816=3g/cm3
