Mgh =P.E (U)

U1/U2=m1/m2

Hence,

U1/U2=4/9

PE ( gravitational) of a body of mass m at any height h is given by

PE = mgh.

Here say body A has mass =m(A), and body B has mass = m(B).

height (h) and g are constant.

m(A) = 4 & m (B) = 9.

So PE (A) = m(A) gh & PE(B) = m(B) gh

Ratio of PE = PE(A)/ PE(B)

= m(A)gh/ m(B) gh

= 4/9

= 0.444
