Position Vector r of centre of mass of two bodies of mass m1 and m2 with position vector r1 and r2 is given by

r = (m1 r1 + m2 r2)/( m1+m2 )

r= ( 6i+4j+2k + 3i-3j+9k)/(2+3)
r= (9i+j+11k) /5

distance from origin is magnitude of this vector

1/5 √(81+1+121)
1/5 √(203)
that's your answer

b394184: it's a little weird answer let me check the calculation again
b394184: okay now looks good
aryanvishwakarma1234: thanx bro

aryanvishwakarma1234: A rod is of length 'L' and its mass acting per unit length is directly proportional to distance 'S' from its end.find distance of centre of mass for that end of the rod
aryanvishwakarma1234: please tell this also
b394184: wait I have to take a bath :P
b394184: i will don't worry
aryanvishwakarma1234: okk
