As k. E =1/2mv² …(eq1)
As m is increased to 4m then eq 1 becomes as:
K. E=1/2((4m)v²)
K. E=2mv² ……(eq 2). . .. (4/2=2).
K. E= 2 K.E. . . . (mv²=K.E)
And the ratio is 1:2.
