As time is independent of the mass of projectile and does not depend on it both the bombs that are thrown are supposed to reach the ground in a simultaneous manner.

However when the velocities with which the bombs are thrown differ it can be noted that the bomb with the lesser velocity will reach the ground fast followed by the lesser one.
