Two bulbs A and B are rated as 90 W-120 V and 60 W-120 V respectively. They are connected in a parallel across 120 V source. Find the current in each bulb. Which bulb will consume more energy?

I = \frac{P}{V}

I_{1}=\frac{P_{1}}{V}=\frac{90}{120} A=0.75 A

I_2 = \frac{P_2}{v} = \frac{60}{120} A = 0.5A

Bulb A consumes more energy.
