we know that P = V^2/R
and R = V^2/P
Since P is same for both the bulbs so Resistance bulb is directly proportional to the square of voltage rated on the bulb.
Hence,
R1/R2 = (220/110)^2
=4:1

WE KNOW THE FORMULA P=V^2/R
WHERE P IS EQUAL TO WATT
SO
60=220×220/R
R=220×220/60
R=2420/3
and
60=110×110/R
R=110×110/60
R=605/3
the ratio between those two are 1:4
