Two bulbs have ratings 100w, 220v and 60w, 220v. which one has a greater resistance? ​

So, Power is directly proportional to the Resistance if Voltage is same. Voltage is same. So, lower the power higher will be the resistance. Thus, 60W,220V will have greater resistance
