Electric shock by 1F capacitor will be more.
Electric shock refers to discharge of current or high speed electrons into the body.
Capacitance of a conductor is represented by the formula - Q = CV.
In the formula, Q is charge, C is capacitance and V is voltage.
Assuming voltage to be constant, the amount of charge discharged or flowed will be directly proportional to the amount of capacitance.
Since, capacitance of 1F is numerically greater than 0.01 F, electric shock will be more severe from the first one.
