Answe is 20m/s ..

Initial velocity of a and b is

u1=10 & u2= 15

And final velocity (velocity at the time of over take)

V1=25 & v2 =?

And accelaration of a and b is a1 &a2

We know

V=u+at

=> V1 = u1+a1*t

=> a1*t = v1-u1= 25-10=15

&

V2= u2+a2*t

=> a2*t= u2- v2

Now, we also know

S= ut+1/2*at^2

For a and b s1=s2 ,bcz that traveled same distance at the time of over take

u1*t+ (1/2)a1*t^2 = u2*t+ (1/2)a2*t^2

u1 + (1/2)*a1*t = u2+ (1/2)a2*t

Put the value of

a1*t ,a2*t ,u1,u2

.

.

.

V2=20
