This is a question related to relative motion, here is the answer :-
let the two cars moving in same direction be A and B and the third car be C.
let the velocity of C be 'u'.
so velocity of C with respect to B would be. u+30(as they are moving in opposite directions).

do the speed u+30 would be given by
5/(4÷60) = u+30
5×60/4= u+30
75 = u+30
hence u = 45 kmph

Hope this helps my friend.☺

va-Vb=0 because of moving in same directionVc in opposite directions so

V=x+30 velocity of a and b =30

A and B are separated by 5m/s

S=5m/s

Time=4min=4/60

V=x/t

X+30=5*60/4

X=75-30=45km/h
