Answer:

Let the speed of the car be x km/hr

Velocity of the car= -x km/hr

Speed of the cars moving in same direction = V=30 km/hr

Their distance= 5 km

Relative velocity of the back car with respect to the opposite car =[V-(-x)]km/hr =(V+x)km/hr

Time taken by the opposite car to pass the back car from the front car=4 min= (1/15)hr

=>\frac{5}{V+x}=\frac{1}{15}\\ =>\frac{1}{V+x}=\frac{1}{75}\\ =>V+x=75\\ =>30+x=75\\ =>x=45\: km/hr\\ \\ \red{\bold{\therefore\: The\: speed\: of \: the\: car\: is\: 45\: km/hr}}
