This is a question related to relative motion,

here is the answer :-

let the two cars moving in same direction be A and B and the third car be C.

let the velocity of C be 'u'.

so velocity of C with respect to B would be.

u+30(as they are moving in opposite directions).

+30(as they are moving in opposite directions).do the speed u+30 would be given by

+30(as they are moving in opposite directions).do the speed u+30 would be given by5/(4÷60) = u+30

+30(as they are moving in opposite directions).do the speed u+30 would be given by5/(4÷60) = u+305×60/4= u+30

+30(as they are moving in opposite directions).do the speed u+30 would be given by5/(4÷60) = u+305×60/4= u+3075 = u+30

hence ,u = 45 kmph
