in loop CDEBC,

2I2 + 50(I1 + I2) = 2 .................(1)

so,

and

in loop CDFAC,

1I1 + 50(I1 + I2) = 1.5 .................(3)

so,

51I1 + 50I2 = 1.5 ......................(4)

now,

by solving for I1 and I2 we get

I1 = -0.144 amps

I2 = 0.177 amps

so,

the potential difference across the 50 ohm resistor will be

VCD = (I1 + I2) x 50 = (-0.144 + 0.177) x 50

thus, we have

VCD = 1.65 volts
