Two charges of value 2 microculomb and - 50 microculomb are placed 80 cm apart calculate the distance of the point from the smaller charge where the intensity is zero

k*2 /(x^2) = k*50/ {(80-x)^2

1/ x^2 = 25/{(80-x)^2}

(80-x)^2 = 25 x^2

(80-x) = 5x

80 = 6x

x =  80/6 cm

x = 13.333 cm
