Work done against the gravitational force  by both children is same = mgh

Work done = 50 x 10 x 8 = 4000 J

Both have different power.  

Work done per unit time is known as power.  

Therefore the power of A and  is calculated as.

Power of A = Work done / time = 4000 / 20 = 200 watt

Power of B = Work done / time = 4000 / 25 = 160 watt  

A has done more work in one second than B.
