let the radius of smaller circle be r

then the radius of larger circle is r + 55

the circumference of smaller circle = 2pi*r

the circumference of larger circle =2pi*(r+55)

the difference = 2pi*(r+55)-2pi*r

= 2pi( r +55-r)

=110pi

Solution:

Let the radius of smaller circle be r and radius of larger be (r+55)

We know that,

Circumference of circle = 2πr

According to question:-

The circumference of Smaller circle = 2πr

And,The circumference of larger circle = 2π(r+55)

= 2πr+110π

Now,

difference in the circumference of the two circles= (larger circle - smaller circle)

= 2πr - 2πr + 110π

= 110π
