V1=V2
V= 2 \pi rh
if heights in  ratio2:1
then r will be in ratio
2 \pi r2h=2 \pi rh
by cancelling all out finally we will get
2r=r
hence, the r of cylinder with volume V2 is twice that of r of V1
ratio will be D) 1:2

Heya!

Here's Your Answer

Volume of Cylinders are equal!

Heights are in ratio of 2:1

Volume is : 22/7*r^2*h

Volume of 1st/Volume of 2nd: 22/7*R1^2*H1/22/*R2^2*H2

R1^2*H1 = R2^2*H2

H1=2x

H2=1x

r1^2*2x=r2^2*x

Therefore,

R1^2/R2^2=h1/h2

R1^2/R2^2=2/1 [ They are in ratio, 2:1]

[R1/R2]^2 = 2/1

R1/R2 = √2/1

Therefore, We can Conclude that,

R1:R2 = √2:1

Hence,
Correct Option is option C

Hope It Helps....!!! :-)
