We have
area of rectangle = 14 * 7 = 98cm^2
and
area of 2 circles = 2*π*r*r
= 2*3.14*3.5*3.5
= 77 (if you take π as 22/7)
Thus
Area of remaining cardboard = 98-77=21cm^2
