let the angles be 2x and 3x
2x + 3x=90
5x=90
x=90/5
x=18
2x=36
3x=54
hence the smaller angle is 36 degree
2x + 3x=90
5x=90
x=90/5
x=18
2x=36
3x=54
hence the smaller angle is 36 degree

x + y = 90°
2x = 3y
x = 3/2 y
3/2 y + y = 90
3y + 2y
----------- = 90
2
5y = 180
y = 36°
x = 90 - 36
x = 54°
2x = 3y
x = 3/2 y
3/2 y + y = 90
3y + 2y
----------- = 90

5y = 180
y = 36°
x = 90 - 36
x = 54°
