since angles are complementary

2p - 7 + p + 4 = 90°

3p - 3 = 90

3p = 90 + 3

3p = 93

p = 93/3

p = 31

2p - 7 = 2*31-7 = 62-7 = 55

p+4 = 31+4 = 35

so angles are 35 and 55
