let the angle be 2x and 7x then sum of it will be 90 degree as given in question .angles
=2x + 7x = 90
9x = 90
X=10
first angle =2 multiply X = 20
second angle =7×x =70

Let the angles be 2x and 7x.
∵ These angles are complementary.
∴ The sum of these angles is 90.

Now, I am going to solve and equation and find the value of x.
2x+7x=90
Add 2x and 7x.
9x=90
Divide both sides by 9.
 \frac{9x}{9} =  \frac{90}{9}
Simplify.
x=10

Now, we know that the value of x is 10. We are going to find the angles.
2x = 2×10 = 20
7x = 7×10 = 70

∴ The angles are 20° and 70°.

Hope this helps you.

Saanvipriya: how do you make small pics
pinakimandal53: Which pics?
Saanvipriya: small pics between the equations
Saanvipriya: like x=10
pinakimandal53: Those are not pics. There is an option for writing an equation and inserting it into an answer.
Saanvipriya: where
pinakimandal53: When you write an answer, you see 4 symbols. One of the options looks something like this 'π'. Click on that symbol and you will be able to write an equation. Then click on the Insert button.
