When two charged metal spheres are connected by a long wire, the charge will flow due to the potential difference. The charge will flow from one to other sphere until their potentials are same.
U=k×(4×pi×(R^2)×D)/R=4×pi×k×D×R. Hence the ratio would be R1/R2.
