The 2 bodies are connected. That means the potential / voltage of the 2 bodies is same.

V1 = V2

From equation Q = VC, where Q is charnge, V is potential and C is capacitance.  

V1 = Q1/C1  (Q1 – Chanrge of first body)

V2 = Q2/C2 _Q2 is Chanrge of second body)

Q1/C1 = Q2/C2

Q1 = C1 * Q2/C2

The total charge of the connected bodies is Q.

That is Q1 + Q2 = Q

C1*Q2/C2 + Q2 = Q

Q2 * (C1 + C2)/C2 = Q

Q2 = C2 * Q/(C1 +C2)

V1 = V2 = Q2/C2 = Q/(C1 + C2)

Hence potential of connected bodies is Q/(C1 + C2)
