Explanation:

Methene = CH2

Ethene = C2H4

the difference between methene and ethene is CH2 as there is only one atom of carbon and 2 hydrogen atoms in methene and in ethene the carbon atom is increased by 1 atom and hydrogen is increased by 2 atoms
