it's easy...
the area of the field is 300x100=30000
now area of the road parallel to the length will be 10x300=3000
and the area of the road parallel to the width will be 10x100=1000
so the area covered by the road will be=3000+1000=4000
so the area of park excluding the roads is 30000-4000=26000 m^2....
niw simply convert it to hectares

Length of garden=90m

Breadth of garden=75m

Area of garden =length×Breadth= 90×75=6750m2

New breadth=90+10=10m

New length=75+10=85m

Area of rectangle with path=100×85=8500m2

Area of path=Area of garden including with path _ Area of garden=8500m2_6750m2=1750m2
