Answer:

Volume of cube=a^3

64=a^3

a=4cm

When two cubes are joined, a cuboid is formed of dimensions,

l=8cm

b=4cm

h=4cm

TSA of cuboid=2(lb+bh+hl)

=2(8*4+4*4+4*8)

=2(32+16+32)

=2(80)

=160cm square

Hope it will help..

Answer:

Volume of two cubes=64cm³

a³=4³

→a=4cm

Then side of the cube =4cm

if we join two cubes,

length =4+4=8cm

breadth=4cm

height=4cm

Total surface Area of cuboid=2[lb+bh+hl]

=2[(8)(4)+(4)(4)+(4)(8)]

=2[32+16+32]

=2(80)

=160cm²
