Two dairy owners A and B sell flavoured milk filled to capacity in mugs of negligible
thickness, which are cylindrical in shape with a raised hemispherical bottom. The
mugs are 14 cm high and have diameter of 7 cm as shown in given figure. Both A and
B sell flavoured milk at the rate of ` 80 per litre. The dairy owner A uses the formula 2πr h
to find the volume of milk in the mug and charges Rs 43.12 for it. The dairy owner B is of the view that the price of actual quantity of milk should be charged.

What according to him should be the price of one mug of milk? Which value is
exhibited by the dairy owner B?

Use π=22/7

Dhinu: pardon me but .. i have found a mistake in that question.. so, can u please upload the pic of that question ??...
ScientistKhushi: I've copied the whole text and pasted it here.... what's the mistake? Can you please explain it? I'm not able to understand how to solve this question...
Dhinu: do the owner uses 2πrh or πr^2h ?? bcoz the unit of 2πrh is of area , not of Volume...
ScientistKhushi: Oh.... I'm so sorry.... I've checked this question. Actually it could not copy the power ² So I tried to write πr²h but I wrote 2πrh instead. I'm really sorry for that.
Dhinu: that's fine ... :)
