Number of total possible

outcomes = 36 -----( 1 )

Favorable outcomes = { ( 1,2),( 2,1) }

Number of favourable

outcomes = 2 ------( 2 )

P( number three ) = ( 2 )/( 1 )

= 2/36

= 1/18
