\frac{\varepsilon_0\times A(k_1 + k_2)}{2d}

Explanation:

Capacitance when distance is introduced in between the capacitor is given By,

 C = K\times \frac{\varepsilon_0\times A}{d}

Parallel combination of two capacitor ,each with plate area \frac{A}{2}

and separation between the plate d.

Thus ,

The net capacitance is,

c = c_1 + c_2

c = \frac{\varepsilon_0\times(\frac{A}{2})\times k_1}{d} + \frac{\varepsilon_0\times(\frac{A}{2})\times k_2}{d}

= \frac{\varepsilon_0\times A(k_1 + k_2)}{2d}
